Refund Policy

All sales are final

Because each brand kit is digital, exclusive, and sold only once — once claimed, it is retired from the shelf and customization work begins — all sales are final and non-refundableonce your order is confirmed and/or files or customization work have begun.

No resale or redistribution

Brand kits are licensed for use by your own brand only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared as templates or stock assets. See our Terms of Service for the full license.

If something goes wrong

• Delivery issues: if you have a technical problem receiving your files, contact us and we’ll make sure you get your deliverables.
• Before work starts: if you have not yet submitted your customization details and work has not begun, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of purchase) and we’ll do our best to help.

Payments & disputes

Payments are processed by Gumroad. Any refund we approve will be issued through Gumroad. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly before opening a payment dispute.

Custom projects

Refund terms for custom branding engagements follow the agreement set out in the individual project proposal.
