The terms that govern your use of thebrandklub.com and purchases of our brand kits and services.
By using thebrandklub.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Brand Klub is a service by Studio Moara (Malang, Indonesia).
All deliverables are digital.
Purchases are completed through Gumroad, our payment provider and merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad’s terms. Prices are shown on each product and may change before purchase.
After payment and (where applicable) submitting your customization details, we deliver your brand-kit files. Upon full payment you receive the right to use the delivered identity for your own brand. You maynot resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the kit or its source files as a template or stock asset.
Each ready-made kit is sold once and then retired from the shelf. We make reasonable efforts to keep each kit exclusive, but we are not responsible for independently similar work created outside Brand Klub.
Ready-made kits are typically delivered within 48 hours after we receive your details. Revision rounds are as stated on the product. Timelines and scope for custom projects are agreed per project.
Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe the rights of others.
The website, the Brand Klub name, and our portfolio remain our property. Delivered kits become yours to use under the license above.
The site and services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
